Tolentino NP Reviews General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Tolentino NP Reviews' products, services, website, and mobile application ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read the Agreement carefully.

  1. User Eligibility and Account Registration:

    1. You must be a registered user to access certain features of our Platform.

    2. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

    3. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.

  2. Intellectual Property:

    1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to exams and quizzes, flashcards, recorded lectures, live lecture and study group format and sessions, question banks, predictor or readiness tests, study guides, texts, graphics, logos, images, charts, graphs, drawings, illustrations, physical and digital learning aids, photographs, videos, data retrieval systems by QR-code, and software, are all protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC (conducting business as Tolentino NP Reviews) .

    2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, sell, use outside of the intended purpose of Tolentino NP Reviews, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

  3. Use of Services:

    1. Our services, including programs, clinical and non-clinical materials, tutorials, flashcards, study guides, study sessions,and all other content covered by the intellectual property clause, are intended solely for educational purposes.

    2. You agree not to use our Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.

    3. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for any content you post or share on the Platform.

  4. Payment and Refunds:

    1. Payment for services or products is due at the time of purchase.

    2. We offer a refund policy as outlined in our separate Refund Policy document.

    3. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly if changes occur.

    4. You are responsible for terminating any recurring subscription fee. 

  5. Termination of Account:

    1. Tolentino NP Reviews reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    1. Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC (conducting business as Tolentino NP Reviews) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Platform.

  7.  Privacy and Data Usage:

    1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect your information.

    2. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    3. You agree that any information you provide to us, including but not limited to account information, study progress, and interaction history, may be used to enhance our services and customize your learning experience.

1:1 :Live Sessions Policy

Scheduling: Do not schedule your Readiness Test - 1:1 Live session within 72 hours of your scheduled board exam to allow ample time to reschedule your board exam if necessary.


  1. For 1:1 Tutorial or Readiness Test sessions that need to be rescheduled, the window period for rescheduling will be within the four month period after the date when a session did not take place. After this time no refunds will be granted.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. This allows us to accommodate other students who may want to book an event. Cancellation and rescheduling links are available for you in the confirmation email and the 26hr prior email.

There's NO REFUND for a no-show. If you miss a session, you will not be reimbursed for your initial payment, and you will still be charged the full amount of the session when you reschedule. Kindly schedule your session mindfully to avoid this charge. If your missed session is related to an extraordinary circumstance as determined by Tolentino NP Reviews, you will not be refunded your original payment, and you will incur an additional no-show service fee of $50.00 to reschedule your session.

Live Study Group Session Policy

  1. Attendance: Participants are required to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start and minimize disruptions.

  2. Microphones: Participants should mute their microphones when not speaking to reduce background noise.

  3. Zoom Etiquette: While camera usage is optional, participants must display their full names on their Zoom thumbnail in order to  be admitted to the Live Study Group. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeated non-compliance may lead to removal from the session.

  4. Engagement: Participants are encouraged to actively engage by answering questions verbally or in the chat box. There will be a dedicated time for Q&A, all questions may not be answered in order to cover all content required for the session. 

  5. Respect: Participants should show respect towards the instructor by refraining from interruptions, disruptive behavior, or language.

  6. Recording: Recording of the session is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Tolentino NP Reviews.

  7. Chat: Participants may utilize the chat feature for relevant questions or comments directed to the instructor or class, avoiding unrelated conversations, sharing of board exam questions, and sharing of other provider content.

  8. Breaks: Scheduled breaks will be provided at appropriate intervals. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of these breaks for personal needs.

  9. Technical Issues: In case of technical difficulties, participants are advised to troubleshoot on their end first and seek assistance from the instructor if needed.

  10. Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Live Study Group: There are no refunds for the monthly subscription for the Live Study Group. It is the responsibility of the student to cancel the subscription should you not wish for it to roll over to the next month. 

  11. Agreement: By booking a monthly subscription to the Live Study Group participants agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.

  12. Welcome Discount: The discount applied to a new enrollee for the Live Study Group is  a 1 time discount offer for the account holder.


Refund Policy

Refund Requests: 


  • Please submit all refund requests to support@tolentinonpreviews.com.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be posted to your account.

  • Orders are not transferable.


Readiness Tests 1:1 Live and Tutorial 1:1 Live


  • All Readiness Tests 1:1 Live and Tutorial 1:1 Live are booked on the digital platform calendar. Refunds and requests to reschedule must be requested within 72 hours of the original booking date. Please be aware that no refunds will be given after the 72 hour window has elapsed.Students may reschedule their appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled session. After the 72 hour window, cancellations, requests to reschedule, and no shows will not be refunded so please plan accordingly. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please reach out to support@tolentinonpreviews for assistance.  


Live Study Group


  • Please be aware that there are no refunds issued for the Live Study Group subscription. The purchaser is responsible for canceling the monthly subscription before it automatically renews for the  next month. Any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the 30-day subscription period it was submitted in. No partial refunds will be given.



Flashcard Subscription


  • Please be aware that there  are no refunds issued for the Flashcard subscription. The purchaser is responsible for canceling the monthly subscription before it automatically renews for the next month. Any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the 30-day subscription period it was submitted in. No partial refunds will be given.
