Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, and content offered by Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC, operating as Tolentino NP Reviews (“TNPR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our platform, enrolling in any program, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Platform or purchase our products.

Part I — General Terms and Conditions

1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1.     You must be a registered user to access certain features of our Platform.

1.2.     By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3.     You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services.

1.4.     You may not share, transfer, or assign your account or access to any other individual. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Intellectual Property

1.5.     All content on the Platform — including but not limited to flashcards, recorded lectures, live session formats, question banks, readiness tests, study guides, text, graphics, logos, images, charts, illustrations, videos, and software — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC.

1.6.     You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any content without prior written consent from TNPR.

1.7.     Accessing or purchasing any product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TNPR.

3. Permitted Use of Services

1.8.     All products, programs, materials, and content are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use in preparation for nurse practitioner board certification.

1.9.     You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

1.10.  You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for any content you post or share on the Platform.

1.11.  Sharing access credentials, product content, or downloadable materials with non-paying users is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

4. Payment

1.12.  Payment for all products and services is due in full at the time of purchase.

1.13.  You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and to update it promptly if any changes occur.

1.14.  Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

1.15.  For subscription products, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms for the applicable product.

5. Account Termination

Tolentino NP Reviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your reliance on any content, or any interruption or failure of service.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

1.16.  We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available at tolentinonpreviews.com/privacy) describes how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information.

1.17.  By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

1.18.  Information you provide, including account information, study progress, and interaction history, may be used to improve our services and personalize your experience.

A. Readiness Test 1:1 Live and Tutorial 1:1 Live

Scheduling

1.19.  Do not schedule your Readiness Test 1:1 Live session within 72 hours of your scheduled board exam. This allows adequate time to reschedule your board exam if necessary.

1.20.  Sessions are booked through our digital scheduling platform. Confirmed session times are binding.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1.21.  Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Links to cancel or reschedule are included in your confirmation email and the 26-hour reminder email.

1.22.  Refund and reschedule requests for sessions that did not take place must be submitted within four (4) months of the original missed session date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

1.23.  Refund requests for sessions not yet attended must be submitted within 72 hours of the original booking date.

No-Show Policy

1.24.  No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you miss a session without canceling in advance, you will not be reimbursed for the original payment, and the full session fee will be charged again upon rescheduling.

1.25.  In the event of an extraordinary circumstance, as determined solely by TNPR, no refund will be issued for the original session, and an additional no-show service fee of $50.00 will apply to reschedule.

B. Live Study Group

Session Conduct

All participants agree to the following conduct standards for every Live Study Group session:

•       Arrive at least 15 minutes before the session start time.

•       Keep your microphone muted when not speaking.

•       Display your full legal name on your Zoom profile for admission. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.

•       Participate respectfully; refrain from interruptions, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language.

•       Use the chat feature only for relevant questions or comments. Do not share board exam questions or third-party content.

•       Recording of any session is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from TNPR.

Subscription Terms

1.26.  The Live Study Group is a monthly subscription service that renews automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period.

1.27.  You will not receive a renewal reminder. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your renewal date and cancel before it occurs if you do not wish to continue.

1.28.  There are no refunds for the monthly subscription fee, including for unused portions of the billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.29.  The WELCOME10 and any other introductory discount codes are valid for new subscribers only and apply to the first month of enrollment. Returning subscribers are not eligible.

1.30.  By purchasing a Live Study Group subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation and non-refund policy.

C. NP Flashcards

The following terms apply specifically to the NP Flashcards product offered by TNPR, including all Concept Flashcard decks, Cases Flashcard decks, and any individual deck or bundle purchases.

Access and Non-Transferability

1.31.  Access to NP Flashcards is granted solely to the individual who purchased or enrolled in the product. Sharing your login credentials, flashcard content, links, downloads, or access with any non-paying user is strictly prohibited.

1.32.  Each account is licensed for single-user access only. Use of your account by any other person, whether or not payment has been made, constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

1.33.  TNPR reserves the right to terminate access without refund upon evidence of account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or any other misuse of flashcard content.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

1.34.  All flashcard content — including card text, clinical scenarios, non-clinical content, organizational structure, formatting, and design — is the original copyrighted work of Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC.

1.35.  You may not copy, screenshot, reproduce, record, redistribute, publish, share, sell, or otherwise use any flashcard content outside of your own private study. This prohibition applies to all formats, including digital, print, and social media.

1.36.  Creating derivative works based on TNPR flashcard content is expressly prohibited.

1.37.  Violation of these copyright terms may result in immediate account termination, legal action, or both.

Subscription Terms (Monthly Plans)

1.38.  Flashcard subscription plans (Concept Flashcards and Cases Flashcards) renew automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period at the applicable subscription rate.

1.39.  You will not receive a renewal reminder before your subscription renews. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription, track your renewal date, and cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

1.40.  There are no refunds for any subscription billing period, including for unused days within a current cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

1.41.  By completing your flashcard subscription purchase, you expressly acknowledge that: (a) the subscription will auto-renew, (b) renewal reminders are not sent, and (c) missed cancellations will not be refunded.

Individual Deck Access (One-Time Purchase)

1.42.  Individual deck purchases grant 30-day access from the date of purchase. Access expires at the end of this period and is non-renewable at the same one-time price without a new purchase.

1.43.  One-time deck purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

1.44.  Klarna and other installment payment options may be available at checkout. Regardless of payment schedule, access begins immediately upon purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted to support@tolentinonpreviews.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to post. Orders and purchases are not transferable.

Readiness Test 1:1 Live and Tutorial 1:1 Live

1.45.  Refund and reschedule requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original booking date.

1.46.  After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason. Students may reschedule within this window subject to availability.

1.47.  No-shows are not eligible for refund. Rescheduling after a no-show requires full payment of the session fee and an additional no-show service fee of $50.00 if the absence is deemed an extraordinary circumstance.

1.48.  In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please contact support@tolentinonpreviews.com. Extraordinary circumstances are evaluated at TNPR’s sole discretion.

Live Study Group

1.49.  There are no refunds for the Live Study Group monthly subscription under any circumstances.

1.50.  You are responsible for canceling your subscription before it renews. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period. Partial refunds are not available.

NP Flashcards — Subscriptions

1.51.  There are no refunds for any flashcard subscription billing period.

1.52.  You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before it renews. TNPR does not send renewal reminders, and missed cancellations will not be refunded.

1.53.  Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused days are not available.

NP Flashcards — Individual Deck Purchases

Individual deck purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of whether the content has been used.

IMPORTANT — Please Read Before Purchasing Any Subscription Product

The following applies to the Live Study Group and all NP Flashcard subscription plans:

•       Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 30-day billing period.

•       TNPR's current platform does not support sending renewal reminder emails. You will not receive advance notice before your subscription renews.

•       It is your full responsibility to track your subscription renewal date and to cancel before that date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

•       If your subscription renews because you did not cancel in time, you will not be eligible for a refund of that renewal charge.

•       To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard or contact support@tolentinonpreviews.com.

•       By completing your subscription purchase, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to these subscription management terms.

Modifications to This Agreement

TNPR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Tolentino NP Reviews, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
